For the love of Macro

I have always loved photographs of details. Whether it be the fibers from fabric or an insects eye up close. I think what I love most is being able to see something I wouldn't regularily be able to see. Also the geometry of many of these things is stunning. When I got my first digital camera I discovered the macro setting and I can't seem to stop taking pictures of things up close. It's always a surprise what the photo ends up showing me about an object I have seen so many times before.

This will be the main focus of this blog, sharing the many photos I have taken.
